Measured Building Surveys

To complement our Topographical surveys we also supply fully measured building surveys for all building types from small listed buildings to large commercial properties. Using Reflectorless Total Stations we are able to accurately measure buildings of all shapes and sizes. With the use of CAD software we are able to draw plans on-site with a single surveyor to bring greater efficiencies to data collection and processing.

Equipped with a advanced laser Total Stations and a handheld computer, our surveyors can carry out any size or shape of a building survey.

• As the plans are produced on a computer on-site, it lowers the chances of errors.
• Plans can be as detailed or simple as the client requires, depending on the specification.
• Height details can be stored as well to help with the production of accurate sections
